Hurricane Beryl blew off my roof so I had to reinstall my solar panels (90 panels) from a solar company that went bankrupt, Jordan and his tremendous team took down and reinstalled my panels. They went above and beyond, rerouted and rewired my panels to have a better curb appeal. Now, my panels look even better than before. Jordan Ento contacted me after Victory Solar took money for a solar battery then disappeared without installing. He said that Bright Solar could do the work that was promised and more for a good price. One year ago I had them install 4 more solar panels on another side of my roof. That was a good call. I get much more coverage adding that direction (west) to my southerly panels. I also added 2 large solar batteries. For my house, Jordan thought that I needed 2 batteries, not one. He was right, I get a lot more storage that I can use to keep the power bills down. Hurricane Beryl went through last week, the eye over my house! My panels are still solid. The batteries kept my power on for the day it was out. It would have lasted 3-4 more days without recharging, but when the sun shines, it recharges! I feel confident with the solar choices that Jordan helped me with a year ago.

Bright Solar came to my rescue. Here's my story: Please keep in mind that my old solar company was Victory Solar. I called and told Victory Solar (VS) that I was going to have my roof replaced and I needed them to come and uninstall the solar panels and then re-install. VS agreed and right after they came out to uninstall the panels I gave them 1/2 of the payment. A couple of days later the roofing company came and replace my roof. So I called and emailed VS to come to reinstall my solar panel but they NEVER did. I called and emailed VS many times for almost a year now with no response from them. (Victory Solar) Then I received an email from Bright Solar saying they were going to be taking over the maintaining of all the Enphase systems for Victory Solar. Well I emailed Bright Solar and informed them about my situation with VS and they responded promptly. From my initial email on May 25th my solar panels were up and working within 1 week! I waited until today to write this review because I wanted to make sure my system was working with no issues. Well to this day everything is fine. Was a little concerned at first because my HOA is violently opposed to solar. It took 4 weeks but they were able to ge it approved.

Jordan saved me when another solar company bailed on completing my system. His crew was very professional and was able to complete my system and do it for a reasonable price.they even cam down to Houston from Dallas to finish the system.

After Victory Solar abruptly closed; Jordan Ento with Bright Solar contacted me. Jordan promised and assured the panels which were not functioning, would be restored. Once Dan was in my area, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. All of my panels are fully functioning. I have no reservations recommending Jordan and Dan with Bright Solar.

I'm not sure where the good reviews are coming from because I can't even get thru to the number listed. I was told a year ago that Victory solar was going out of business and this company was taking over. Then I was told that Victory left them with such a mess that Bright solar was going out of business but my solar panel company told me to call them so I thought maybe they found a way to keep their head above water but can't even get thru to them. The number doesn't even ring but there are recent 5 star reviews so I'm confused. I need someone to contact me or let me know the correct number for the company. Update.. Jordan called me this morning. He explained everything to me and let me know he will keeping an eye on my system to make sure everything is working properly. I have his contact information if I need any assistance in the future and he also let me know Bright Solar sent me an email about a month ago but it was lost in my spam. I appreciate the quick response. Hopefully there is nothing wrong with my system and if there is he can get it resolved as quickly as he called me back.

Great service and caring people. I had my system installed by Victory Solar 3 years ago and the company is now closed. Bright Solar helped me fix the problems Victory left behind and helped reinstall some solar panels that came down after the storm. They came from the DFW area very quickly and took care of getting my system up and running. I will definitely recommend them.

One of the most empathetic and hard working people I have ever met. I worked with Jordan and that man really listened to what my needs were and did his very best to meet them. He has been patient with my insurance company delaying payment and has always responded quickly and courteously whenever I had any questions. Not only are they extremely professional people but they're also quite modest with their prices as well. 10/10 I highly recommend them to anyone who wants professionals who actually take the time to listen to your concerns

Fair warning when working with an electrical co-op there are several hiccups that can and will show up. Jordan's crew jumped through every hoop they put in their way. We now have a wonderful system working great and keeping our electrical bill down. When our inverters had a glitch we notified Jordan and he had a crew out immediately. The process was slow for us, but after everything was said and done we do not regret the purchase.

Responded quickly to an online service request after a few panels were damaged after a hurricane. They promptly contacted me and came out within a few days. Dan was very friendly. He quickly repaired the two panels. Great service.

Jordan knows how to do solar, and is fluent in many types of installs. Definitely recommend for all types of homeowners- from educated and solar fluent, to new and green. Victory Solar installed our system and everything was great until we found out they were gone. We found out we no longer had a warranty, among other things. We were so happy when Bright Solar offered a warranty. Jordan was awesome!!! He helped us get the warranty we wanted. We're happy to know we have a great company that we can depend on now.

There may have been a few rough patches along the way with scheduling, but overall we had a great experience with Bright Solar. I was happy with the final product.
